We have proven that technology can make a company many times more efficient and effective without removing the human element. There is one bit of technology we try very hard to avoid, voice mail. While it is not always possible to answer every call, we try. No one in our office has individual voice mail, if someone is on the phone, we will take a hand written message to him or her personally.
