AmeriTek Mortgage, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Brad Brubaker with the idea that delivering high quality loan programs at rock bottom prices would serve our customers needs and promote growth. This needed to be combined with a fast closing time and the ability to consistently provide a wide range of loan programs. Today we offer a complete menu of loan products including FHA and VA as well as a compete line of conventional loan programs. We offer non-conforming home loans as well as programs for the credit challenged. We also offer a wide variety of First Time Homebuyer Programs.
