In his new book, "The Mortgage Millionaire: Sales and Life Strategies That Can Take You to The Next Level", author William B. Bronson shares his years of experience in the mortgage industry, offering tips, training and advice that goes beyond information typically found in mortgage or sales classes.

"The Mortgage Millionaire" attempts to bridge the gap between what is normally taught and what Bronson believes is truly needed for success. He has crafted "The Mortgage Millionaire" to reflect a conversation between himself and Amelia, a ghost-writer. He says of his book:

Amelia is the vehicle by which my thoughts are drawn out into the open for discussion. As a ghost-writer she anticipates interviewing me for the purpose of writing my book. But, through the process of the interview, she begins to feel it is perfect just the way it comes out; in the form of an interview without any modifications. Is Amelia a real person? I'll never tell.

"The Mortgage Millionaire" stresses the importance of having a positive mindset and dressing in proper attire. Bronson also discusses how to deal with rate shoppers, controlling type-A personalities, marketing and buying leads. He weighs in about how to attract a thriving referral business and explains in detail his Break-Build technique and time-tested concept of 10/20/10.

William B. Bronson worked for seven years as a vice president, national recruiter, mentor and trainer for Carteret Mortgage Corporation and is now serving the same role with Gateway Mortgage Group.
