Carlile Investments today announced the completion of the purchase of All Fund Mortgage, a privately held mortgage banking company headquartered in Tacoma, Washington. The transaction was finalized on September 12, 2007. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Carlile Investments is a major stakeholder in Royal Capital Group (), who will also provide marketing and management. All Fund Mortgage will be held as a sister company to Royal Capital Group.

Taylor Greer, a seasoned executive in residential lending with Royal Capital Group, will take over as All Fund Mortgage's President. "We are excited to work with all of the All Fund Mortgage branches across the nation to establish a major force in residential lending," said Greer. "The All Fund acquisition will significantly increase the mortgage banking and related capabilities of Royal Capital Group nationwide. We feel now is the right time for such an initiative as we build a foundation to support an immense wave of refinances coming. As we build together, we lay the foundation to take Royal Capital Group and All Fund Mortgage to the next level in 2008."
