Centres of Expertise

The Centres of Expertise are located in London, England, and provide a range of training and consultancy services. Our first Centre, The Centre for Stress Management was established in 1987. We have delivered our accredited and recognised training programmes in Europe, China, Japan and New Zealand.

Many of our courses are university accredited, professional body and QCA recognised courses at Primary Certificate, Certificate and Diploma levels at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The different Centres of Expertise focus on a range of programmes depending upon their remit: coaching and coaching psychology; stress management and prevention; health and wellbeing; health and safety; evidence based counselling and psychotherapy including cognitive behaviour and rational emotive behavioural therapies. Courses range from 1-day up to 18 months part-time. These courses are run at the Centre in London, UK or in-house for organisations and companies around the world.

Our services include executive, manager and business coaching. This is undertaken by email, telephone and face-to-face depending upon location. Our consultancy services include stress prevention and stress auditing.
