Outlook Project Management

Project management is responsible for overseeing the work being done by those who are working on a project, and for making sure that the work is done on schedule and that the pieces of the project all work together to make a cohesive product.

Project management will schedule meetings to determine what (the product) is supposed to do, and how it should be designed. Then project management will assign various tasks to each member of the group, based on the individual expertise of those members.
