All the consultancy services we provide, whether for Commercial or Government clients, have at their core a workshop with the client's leadership. Those workshops are, typically, six days' duration for a complete vision and strategic planning project, or three days for sustaining or promulgating the vision, or for Way*Pointing. As a matter of course, most of our work supports five of the seven Baldridge Criteria. We can add extra time to the workshops to cover the remaining criteria, if the client so requests. In addition, most of our work provides a long-term context for the Government Performance and Review Act requirements. A typical vision-based planning project conducted by The Team takes only 5-6 weeks elapsed time. The client can use the material which emerges from our workshop directly, or we can assist the client in translating the material into the GPRA requirements.
