The Lachlan Group, management and management education consultants, was incorporated in Canada in 1984. Since that time, we have taught our three proprietary management education seminars (Situational Communication: Relating Styles™, The Relating Styles of Successful • Effective • Negotiators and Performance Focused Teams) to groups in Canada, the United States, England, Scotland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Japan, Mexico and Australia. Our management consulting activities (developing and implementing strategies, managing change, and merger and acquisition integration) have been focused in the major cities of Canada and the United States, primarily with Fortune 1000 companies.
