Delphin designs a learning structure that creates a sense of play and discovery, a safe place for risk. We create a learning design that allows our clients to develop in the direction they want to go. We allow them to learn from both their mistakes and successes with the support of the facilitator in training, a coach, or a consultant in teams, at meetings, etc. When necessary, we are there to nudge them in the right direction, to open up new possibilities, to question mental models and to ensure safety throughout the process.
