Crisis Management International
Bruce Blythe, co-owner of this early EAP, realized that, although they had excellent results handling day-to-day employee concerns, a crisis of this magnitude called for a different kind of response. Someone would have to develop a more specialized, structured approach to workplace crises. Several years later, Blythe sold his company to Aetna Life & Casualty and began work on a new crisis response model. Crisis Management International was born.
