Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced that it expects to release second quarter 2008 financial results at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, July 23, 2008. The press release will be available at under "Corporate Info."

The company will host a conference call on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) with access available via Web cast and telephone. Co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers, Martin Cohen and Robert Steers, and chief financial officer, Matthew Stadler, will review the results and be available for questions.

The company also announced that preliminary June 30, 2008 assets under management were $27.0 billion, which included $7.7 billion in open-end mutual funds, $9.5 billion in closed-end mutual funds and $9.8 billion in institutional separate accounts.
