Inovis, a leading provider of on-demand business community management solutions, has announced the appointment of John McCracken as Senior Vice President of Sales and Mukund Mohan as Vice President of Marketing. Inovis is positioned for growth with an industry-leading and evolving suite of Business Community Management solutions to serve the business globally. McCracken and Mohan will play pivotal roles in that growth as they help deliver solutions that drive actionable intelligence through the supply chain.

McCracken leads the Inovis' worldwide sales organization with a focus on driving new business in new and existing vertical markets. McCracken brings an 18-year record of success across senior sales management roles for several leading technology firms. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales, Americas at Mercury Interactive. At Mercury, he was responsible for selling strategic product solutions in the areas of Application Management, IT Governance and ITIL. Before joining Mercury, McCracken was the Regional Vice President of Sales at CheckFree Corporation. He has also held executive management positions at American Express, Warrantech and PC ServiceSource. He is currently an Advisory Board Member for iConclude.

Mohan will direct all global marketing efforts for Inovis. He was formerly the head of product marketing for Mercury Interactive, responsible for the direction and customer success of the company's Application Management solutions. Prior to Mercury, he was Vice President of Operations at Conslient, a software company focused on process automation. In this role, he managed a team of sales and services personnel and was responsible for customer success. In addition, he held product and management positions at Ariba and Asera and began his career at Cisco Systems. Mohan is a frequently requested speaker at conferences and events including Gartner IT Expo, ITSMF, Mercury World and Interop.
