David W. Mercer is the President of Mercer Asset Management, Inc. a fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm located on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Dave acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1983 and has lived in the Seattle area since 1978. Dave started Mercer Asset Management in 1998 and has extensive knowledge in several key aspects of financial planning.
