The Group Health is a consumer governed nonprofit health care and coverage system, that provides both medical coverage and care. Group Health was founded in the year 1947, it was established by a community coalition dedicated in making quality health care products which are available with in an affordable prise. Group Health and its subsidiary health carriers like Group Health Options, Inc. and KPS Health Plans will serve approximately 568,344 members in Washington and Idaho. In this more than 70 percent of members receive health care in Group Health-owned medical facilities
