First Business Bank Opens Loan/Deposit Production Office in Carlsbad

First Business Bank has opened a loan/deposit production office at 3142 Tiger Run Court, Suite 107, in Carlsbad, California (92010). This is First Business Bank's fourth office in San Diego County, with others open in Del Mar Heights, Ramona and La Mesa.

"This new location continues the expansion of First Business Bank in San Diego County," said Nathan Rogge, bank President. "The North County coastal area is home to thousands of professionals and small and medium-sized companies that can be best served by a local bank offering a portfolio of services tailored to meet their specialized banking needs. We will use this office as a platform to generate loans and deposits and establish our brand in the region."

Rogge also announced that the bank has hired Sandy Apodaca as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Carlsbad office and Sheree Keller as Vice President and Business Banking Associate.

A 30-year banking veteran, Apodaca joins First Business Bank from the San Marcos office of Discovery Bank, where she was Senior Vice President and Branch Manager. Prior to that, she held positions with California Bank & Trust in Carlsbad, Bank of California and Vista National Bank.

Keller also brings three decades of banking experience to her new role, most recently as Vice President and Business Development Officer at Discovery Bank in San Marcos. She also has held positions with California Bank & Trust in Carlsbad, Bank of California, Security Pacific Bank, Crocker National Bank/Wells Fargo Bank, and Farmers & Merchants Bank.
