Mountain 1st Bank to Bring Crime Prevention Program to Carolina Village

Mountain 1st Bank & Trust Company (OTC Bulletin Board: FFIS) today announced that the Bank has sponsored the implementation of the nationally acclaimed Senior Crimestoppers Program at Carolina Village residential center in Hendersonville, N.C.

The Senior Crimestoppers Program provides on-going crime prevention programs designed to deter incidents of crime in long-term care and senior housing facilities. Since its inception in 1994, the program has proven to reduce crime, such as abuse, neglect, fraud, theft and vandalism by more than 90 percent at sponsored facilities across the country.
