Bank of Choice, a Colorado bank with $911 million in assets and offices in 17 Colorado locations, has chosen Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTC Pink Sheets: CSVI) to provide data processing services for two Metro Denver banks and a bank in western Colorado. CSI will provide core processing and a full range of banking solutions including imaging, card services, regulatory compliance, and Internet related products to Colonial Bank, Aurora, Colorado; Palisades National Bank, Palisades, Colorado; and Bank of Choice Colorado, Arvada, Colorado.

Bank of Choice Holding Company was established in 1997, and recent acquisitions - Palisades National Bank in December of 2004, Colonial in November 2005, and Bank of Choice Colorado in March 2006 - have grown its assets by nearly $470 million.

Darrell McAllister, CEO, Bank of Choice Holding Company, said the bank evaluated four providers before deciding on CSI. "Several factors influenced our decision," McAllister said. "Two of our banks - Palisades National Bank and Bank of Choice Colorado - are already being processed by CSI, and those employees recommended CSI because they knew the CSI system and knew it operated well." Colonial Bank will convert from another processor to CSI.

McAllister said CSI's reputation for customer service figured heavily in the bank's decision. He added that CSI's ability to grow with the bank and provide such leading edge products as Merchant Capture was critical to their decision.

CSI Sales Executive Jon Reiling said winning a contract for banks under the umbrella of the high profile Bank of Choice not only expands CSI's presence in Colorado, but also reinforces CSI's ability to serve banks regardless of size. "CSI's Denver service center, local account managers, and reputation for focusing on customers' needs are winning contracts and driving CSI's steady advance into the Colorado market," Reiling said.
