Due to our experience and effective litigation abilities, often our opponents will act quickly to resolve claims in order to avoid protracted litigation. In other words, our experience leads to quicker settlements.

We seek to level the playing field with credit reporting agencies and furnishers of credit information by making it economical for consumers to pursue a claim against large businesses. More specifically, we do not charge our clients attorneys’ fees and costs and instead rely upon the fee-shifting provisions of the FCRA to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.

The managing partner of our law firm, Adam Krohn, is an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University in Orange, California where he teaches Consumer Law and concentrates part of his course on FCRA violations.
